Parchers Classic Breakfast- Two eggs served with three strips of thick-cut bacon or two premium sausage links, hash browns and your choice of toast.

Sierra Breakfast Burrito – Two eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, cheese and mild chiles wrapped in a monster flour tortilla. Served with salsa fresca.

Bishop Creek Flapjacks – Two Buttermilk, Blueberry Buckwheat or Pumpkin Spice pancakes served with whipped butter and maple syrup.

Serious French Toast - Four pieces of extra thick French Toast topped with powdered sugar, whipped butter and maple syrup. 

Cinnamon Bear French Toast – French Toast made from gooey cinnamon bread. Served with frosting and syrup on the side.

 Biscuits n’ Gravy – Two jumbo buttermilk biscuits covered with country sausage gravy. A breakfast that’ll stick to your ribs!

One egg breakfast – Served with two strips of bacon or one sausage link and a small portion of hash browns.

Half order of Pancakes or French Toast. – Topped butter and maple syrup.
