Private Dinners

Groups of 15 or more can arrange for a private meal prepared by our kitchen staff at the South Fork Restaurant during their stay at Parchers. Family style or full service, gourmet or homestyle, you can make up your own menu or leave it up to the South Fork Restaurant staff to create a delicious entree for your group. Two weeks advanced notice required. Prices may vary depending on requested menu.

Group BBQ's

Let the Parchers Staff prepare a delicious BBQ lunch while your group relaxes at our outdoor gathering area. From Burgers and Hot Dogs to Tri-Tip and BBQ Chicken with all the fixin's, our kitchen staff will keep your group well fed during afternoon gatherings. Two weeks advanced notice required, Sunday through Friday only, prices vary depending on the requested menu.

Group event meals are totally customizable so if you’d like something that isn’t listed here, contact our events planner and we can create a menu specifically for your tastes!

Breakfast

Delicious breakfast entrées perfect for your group or family event!

Classic Pancake Breakfast – Fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with whipped butter and maple syrup or strawberries and whipped cream. A crowd pleaser for sure!

Continental Breakfast Buffet- Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and an assortment of muffins and pastries can be the perfect accompaniment for a social event on a summer morning.

Country Breakfast Buffet – Scrambled eggs, home fries, thick cut bacon, juicy sausage links served buffet style will satisfy any appetite!

Lunch

Soup, Salad & ½ Sandwich – The South Fork Restaurant at Parchers Resort can serve a selection of delicious soups, crisp fresh salads and mouth watering deli sandwiches for your group event or meeting.

BBQ Lunch – If you’re looking for outdoor service, our restaurant staff can prepare a classic backyard BBQ style lunch with juicy burgers, hot dogs and polish sausages complimented with our delicious side items. Potato Salad, Pasta Salad and Fresh Fruit are some of the more popular accompaniments.

Dinner

Home-style or Gourmet, the South Fork Restaurant Staff at Parchers Resort can please any palate.

Prime Rib – Slow Roasted Prime rib cut thick and served with fresh bread, soup or salad, steamed veggies and a loaded baked potato.

Tri-Tip and Chicken BBQ – Marinated tri-tip and juicy BBQ chicken served with mashed red potatoes, corn on the cob and a buttermilk biscuit.

Italian Feast – The South Fork staff can prepare several different pasta dishes including Spaghetti Bolognese with Italian Sausages, Grilled Chicken or Shrimp Fettuccini, Linguini with Clam Sauce and Penne with Roasted Garlic and Peppers. All of our Italian feasts are served with Caesar Salad and Fresh Garlic Bread.

Dessert

Grandma’s Dutch Apple Pie – A family recipe that is not to be missed. Unbeatable when served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Cheesecake – Whether you enjoy New York Style, Cream Style or even rich Chocolate Cheesecake, we have you covered.

Brownie Sundae – A gooey Triple Chocolate Brownie with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge, whipped cream, and slivered almost - a favorite for chocolate lovers!
